How can I order flowers from you?

Place your flower order 3 days in advance so that we can order the freshest flowers for you.

The easiest way to order your flowers is via this website (estellflorist.com). Alternatively, you can reach us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or mobile via 9143 9576.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card payments can be made online through this website. We also accept Faster Payment System (FPS) and PayMe. Cash will not be accepted.

Can you issue an official invoice?

Yes. Estell’s Florist is a Registered Limited Company in Hong Kong and we will be able to provide you an official invoice. You will also receive an order confirmation receipt upon successful payment.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your flower order is placed with full payment, you will either receive an email and/or WhatsApp message to confirm your flower order.

Can I customise my order?

Yes, we welcome your ideas and offer full bespoke services! Our consultation sessions allow us to better cater to your needs and come up with your custom flower arrangements. Please tell us your proposed budget and preferred colour scheme.
