Door-to-door delivery service is available. Flower orders are recommended to be placed 3 days in advance so that we can collect the freshest flowers for you. Customers can also take reference to the order cut-off time for delivery as follows:

• Order before 3pm today — earliest delivery 2 days after.
• Order after 6pm today — orders will be processed on the next day and therefore earliest delivery is 3 days after.

Schedule may vary due to flower availabilities and busy transport. Please contact us and we will find the best possible solutions for your flower delivery.

• Deliveries are scheduled either between 8am to 12pm, 12pm to 4pm, or between 4pm to 8pm. For delivery to locations that are not available at checkout, please give us a call to discuss individual delivery schedule and charges.
• Delivery to remote village houses and outlying islands are unavailable.
• If a specific delivery time is required, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
• A confirmed flower order is created upon on-day payment and an acknowledgement made by Estell’s Florist.
• If typhoon 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted, flower order can be re-scheduled with mutual agreement.
• Cancellation of orders are not accepted once the payment is made. All bouquets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• In case of disputes arising out of any flower orders, offers or special promotions, the decision of Estell’s Florist is ultimate and conclusive.
